Reformer Pilates - Foundations & Beyond
A versatile 45-minute reformer Pilates session designed for both beginner and intermediate levels. Led by a qualified instructor in an intimate group of up to 8 people, this class emphasises controlled full-body strengthening, mobility and optimal postural alignment. Using a 'layered' approach, your instructor will lead you through foundational movement patterns with optional progressions for those seeking challenge - allowing a tailored option for every class member. Helpful cuing will also be provided throughout the class to help you achieve the most ideal movement form.
Non-slip Pilates socks are strongly recommended.
Seniors Reformer Flow
A welcoming, gentle 45-minute reformer Pilates session designed specifically for seniors (65+) or those looking for a slower-paced, mindful, low-impact workout. Led by a qualified instructor in an intimate group of up to 8 people, this class focuses on improving balance, enhancing joint mobility, and building functional full-body strength.
Using a 'layered' approach, your instructor will guide you through foundational movements with plenty of modifications, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and empowering experience. Enjoy supportive cuing and a friendly atmosphere dedicated to helping you move with confidence and ease.
Participants must be able to transfer on and off a Pilates reformer bed, moving between lying, standing and seated positions independently. They must also have sufficient balance to walk independently without use of a walking aid, and go up and down stairs.
Non-slip Pilates socks are strongly recommended.
